1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HireDroids (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Reservations & Rentals

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by HireDroids. Pricing is dynamic and based on demand at the time of booking. Once confirmed, your rental rate is locked for the duration of your reservation. A refundable security deposit (held via credit card authorization) is required for all rentals.

3. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental rate. No-shows forfeit the first day's rental payment.

4. Insurance & Liability

All rentals require either a selected insurance plan or a signed liability waiver. Without insurance, the renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the robot in the event of damage, theft, or loss. Insurance coverage details and exclusions are specified in the selected plan documentation.

5. Acceptable Use

Rented robots must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and safety guidelines. Robots may not be used for illegal activities, in environments exceeding their rated specifications, or in ways that endanger human safety beyond the robot's certified operating parameters.

6. Platform Fee

A 5% platform fee is applied to all rental transactions. This fee covers payment processing, platform maintenance, customer support infrastructure, and regulatory compliance costs. The fee is displayed in your cost breakdown before checkout.

7. Limitation of Liability

HireDroids acts as a marketplace connecting renters with autonomous robot inventory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireDroids' total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
